Thermal Imaging Systems

Thermal Vision utilizes the capabilities of a thermal camera and combines that with the analytic capabilities of machine learning.

Thermal Vision has all the same capabilities that Remote Vision has plus more. To summarize, the Remote Vision Capabilities are:

View Material Build up

Thermal Vision gives the end user the ability to see through non-transparent containers such as tanks batteries, pipes, or separators and make decisions based on the material build up. Operators can set parameters for the material build up, and receive alerts that the container has reached its threshold.

Detect and Alert on Gas Leaks

Thermal Vision uses thermal imaging plus machine learning to create advanced analytics that alert to gas leaks. This capability allows the end user to react to emergencies within minutes of the leak occurring, saving critical time and money. Thermal Vision creates cost savings that could potentially save millions of dollars in losses and helps companies maintain a good carbon footprint with quick deployment of resources to fix potentially harmful leaks.

Autonomous Flare and Black Smoke Monitoring 

Thermal Vision monitors flares and automatically alerts on abnormalities. The parameters are set by the end user, and once in place, it is as easy as pointing the camera at 1 or more flares, and letting Thermal Vision watch for any thing outside of the parameters, such as temperature, size, and smoke color. This allows the end user to rest assured that flares are always being monitored and functioning properly.

Predictive Maintenance 

Thermal Vision provides notifications when equipment is over heating or too cool. This capability combined with the ability to historize data at the edge allows for predictive maintenance and lifecycle estimation which will decrease cost and down time. This enables replacement of equipment before it fails which can cause more damage and increase costs.

Machine Learning Capabilities

Thermal Vision gives the end user the capability to teach the cameras exactly what they want to observe. This capability can reduce false positives and alert on critical data. Thermal camera can recognize the difference between a temperature change that is critical and one that is due to environment such as rain. Thermal Vision's machine learning capabilities are like having a dedicated surveyor on site.

Integrate Existing Sensors

The VisionAery edge computing platform which Thermal Vision uses also has the capability to tie in any sensors on site. The VisionAery edge computing platform is true edge technology that integrates with your existing sensors and systems. This allows the end user to add capabilities to their sites without compromising functionality or other sensors.

Integrate Into Existing Systems

All VisionAery solutions are easy to integrate into existing systems. VisionAery is a Twin Eagle Solutions product and service designed to integrate into the end users existing SCADA historian systems and network. We are able to convert the data from the edge into the code needed to see the data in SCADA systems.

True Edge Computing 

VisionAery is a true “edge” based solutions platform. What we mean by true edge is that we do all of our machine learning and sensors at the remote location and that data is analyzed on location and not in the cloud.. Other edge computing companies consider edge computing to be where all of the end users assets are streaming data to a "Data Center" that is placed in the Field Area Network. VisionAery's platform provides robust edge solutions for sensors and machine learning applications. This includes video, acoustic, chemical detection and other types of sensors to give a holistic view of the location while utilizing edge computing platforms/solutions.
