From a two-person engineering firm to a family-owned industrial integrator.

Twin Eagle Solutions was founded on a simple idea: industrial operators deserve communications and technology partners who understand both the engineering and the field.
In 2001, Kip Greenstreet and Tom Bruscino founded Twin Eagle Solutions. Both had come from Kinder Morgan, and they started the company with deep firsthand knowledge of what energy operators need from their communications and SCADA systems. From day one, the focus was industrial communications and SCADA engineering for the oil & gas industry.
Some of our earliest customers were natural gas companies on Colorado's Western Slope, along with water and wastewater systems serving cities and towns across Colorado. Many of those early relationships continue today — and they shaped a customer-first approach that still defines how we work.
As demand grew, so did the team. We hired our first dedicated engineer in 2003, and in 2006 we established our Denver, Colorado headquarters at the center of the Rocky Mountain energy corridor — a hub for engineering, project management, and operations.
Expansion into Texas followed. We opened a Houston office in 2008 to move into the broader energy market. A decade later, in 2018, we moved to our Midland office to better support customers throughout the Permian Basin and West Texas — a commitment to the region that continues today.
Along the way, Twin Eagle grew from a focused SCADA and communications engineering firm into a full-service industrial wireless integrator — self-performing tower work, installations, and on-site integration alongside our engineering practice. That combination of engineering depth and in-house field execution became the model that still defines us.
Leadership evolved with the company. Co-founder Tom Bruscino retired in 2014, and a new ownership team took shape with Kip Greenstreet as majority owner — joined at various points by Rod Wilkins and Brian Kovarik. In 2021, Kip became sole owner, carrying forward the same commitment to customers, employees, and steady growth that the company was built on.
In 2023, the Greenstreet family became owners alongside Kip — making Twin Eagle Solutions a true family-owned business and positioning the company for its next generation of leadership. It's a milestone we're proud of, and one that reinforces how we operate: with long-term thinking and a personal stake in every customer relationship.
Today, Twin Eagle Solutions designs, builds, and supports the networks, towers, video systems, and edge platforms that keep critical infrastructure connected across oil & gas, water/wastewater, utilities, and mining across the United States. And we're investing heavily in what's next — AI-driven operational technology like VisionAery analytics, Remote Pumper, and on-prem edge inference — to help operators run safer, more efficient, and increasingly autonomous field operations. Built on experience, driven by what's next: the mission hasn't changed — bridge modern technology with the realities of the field.
