VisionAery Liquid Leak Detection, deployed by Twin Eagle
VisionAery Liquid Leak Detection, now in its fourth generation (V4), is software that detects puddles, pressurized spray and visible vapor on the cameras a site already owns. It runs on Axis and Hanwha cameras, or on Emerson, x86 and NVIDIA Jetson edge servers, with nothing in the cloud.
VisionAery began in 2023 inside Twin Eagle Solutions and became its own company in 2026. Twin Eagle is an investor in VisionAery and its field deployment partner.
From camera placement to the control room
Twin Eagle brings VisionAery Liquid Leak Detection into your operation with a site survey and camera placement plan. We assess sightlines, lighting, network connectivity and the equipment you already have, then define coverage around the releases your cameras can see. Our field team handles installation, commissioning and operator handover.
We install on existing supported Axis or Hanwha cameras, or on an edge server receiving your camera streams. VisionAery on Axis ARTPEC-9 cameras is available now. Hanwha Wisenet 9 cameras, Emerson PACEdge, x86 and NVIDIA Jetson Orin servers ship November 15, 2026. Review every platform it runs on before selecting hardware.
Our integration work connects native camera events into the VMS; MQTT with JSON or Sparkplug B, pre-mapped for Ignition; DeltaV over Sparkplug B on Emerson; HTTPS webhooks. We coordinate alarm paths with your controls team and provide 24/7 support. For remote locations, the Remote Pumper bundle combines detection, alarm verification, daily video reports and live views on a self-contained skid.
Coverage includes puddle detection, spray detection and visible vapor detection. It does not identify the liquid, detect invisible gas, or measure volume, depth or concentration. It adds camera-visible evidence to your operation, not a replacement for required safety instrumentation or inspections.

Puddle detection rate 97.1% with a 0.8% false-positive rate; spray and visible vapor 98.1% with 3.7%, measured on 9,147 previously unseen frames at frame level, before the alarm engine.
These are frame-level measurements, not guaranteed field alarm rates. Twin Eagle uses the survey and commissioning process to check the scene and establish an alarm workflow with your operators. Before handover, we review camera views and event routing with your team so operators know what a detection shows, where its evidence appears and how to respond within existing procedures.
