About this Flare Monitoring demo
Live VisionAery Flare Monitoring demo: upload flare footage and watch the analytic classify flame size, flame-out, and visible smoke.
This hands-on demo runs the same VisionAery Flare Monitoring edge model that Twin Eagle Solutions deploys in the field. Upload a short clip from one of your own sites and watch the analytic process it live — no account and no install required.
Flare Monitoring is a vision analytic rather than a single point sensor: it works from the camera image itself, so it can watch a whole scene instead of one tapped fitting or one fixed instrument. That makes it well suited to large, open field environments where the thing you need to catch can appear anywhere in frame. Bring a clip that reflects your real conditions — lighting, distance, and background all matter — and you will get a far better read on how the model behaves than any canned sample could give you.
The demo is deliberately scoped to a single question: did the edge model raise an alarm on this clip? In a real deployment that detection is only the first step. Alerts are reviewed against site context, cross-checked where other data exists (for example SCADA signals on flare and tank applications), and routed to the right people through your existing tools — so operators act on confirmed events, not raw noise. Twin Eagle tunes each site during onboarding so the analytic reflects how your equipment actually looks and operates.
Field services are delivered across the lower 48, while VisionAery analytics are deployed more broadly across the U.S., Canada, and internationally. Every model runs on edge hardware at your site on real camera feeds — there is no synthetic data and no dependence on a cloud service to make a detection.
In a production deployment the model runs on-premises at the edge, routes alerts through your existing VMS, and is tuned per site during a proof of concept. To see how Flare Monitoring would perform on your cameras, or .
